No comments or discussions in open Society chat will contain negative references to gender, race, religion, culture, political affiliation, or sexual orientation. The comments made on open Society chat should be logical, reasonable, and based on sound judgment and simple common sense. Officers (especially Executives) are particularly reminded of their social, economic, political, tactical and diplomatic duties and our comments and actions should mirror such at each and every turn. There is no need to spell out the repercussions for failure to adhere, because I'm confident every Dharma soul will comply out of humane instinct, good will, professional seamanship, and simple ongoing fellowship. When formed in groups (squadrons) you will switch to group chat channels accordingly, as we grow and grow we cannot have Society chat muddied with tactical spam. However, in Group Chat settings it's recommended all souls enable the Society chat filter except in cases where the sector is extremely hot and tactical affairs take precedence over social monitoring.
